  • What is your refund policy?

    A service fee of $100.00 per session will be charged for applications withdrawn before April 1 . * No refunds will be granted after April 1.
  • How are campers grouped?

    Campers are grouped by grade level with each group consisting of two grade levels.  Children entering grades 1-2 are grouped together, children entering grades 3-4 are grouped together and children entering grades 5-6 are grouped together. 
  • What is your Federal Tax ID Number (FEIN)?

    Our FEIN is 94-3200884.  If you need a hard copy of the receipt, please contact the camp office
  • Can I request that my child be grouped with his/her friends?

    Yes.  We make every effort to grant grouping requests.
  • Do people enroll for more than one session?

    Yes, many families enroll their children for multiple sessions.  The schedules vary from session to session to ensure that returning campers are engaged.
  • When will I find out if my child has a space in camp?

    We try to send enrollment notices one to two weeks after we receive your application.
  • Can I enroll my child for a week of a session?

    No.  We only enroll for a full session.
  • Do I need to send in full payment with my application?

    Yes.  If this poses difficulty, please contact the camp office
  • If I am going to miss a day, should I notify the camp?

    Yes, please email or call the camp office (855.338.6472) if your child will be absent. 
  • Are there fieldtrips?

    No.  All activities take place on site. 
  • Can pre and post camp care be used on a drop in basis? 

  • How can I apply for a scholarship?

    You will need to fill out a scholarship request form that can either be download or mailed. Please visit the Scholarships page >>
  • When will I know if I qualify for a scholarship?

    We try to respond with one to two weeks of receiving scholarship requests. 
  • When does enrollment open?

    Enrollment will open January 15.  To enroll, you can register online or download a camper application or request via phone or email that an application and brochure be sent to you.
  • Can I pay with a credit card?

    We are happy to finally be able to allow parents to pay with a credit card.
